Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risks Agreement Farm Tour and Milk Taste Test Participation I. Acknowledgement of Risks: I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering a working farm that involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to potential injury, property damage, and illness due to exposure to raw milk. I further acknowledge that raw milk consumption is contrary to the views of certain public health authorities and may carry a risk of illness, as recommended by the government. II. Assumption of Risks: I am fully aware that the farm environment includes moving farm machinery, animals, uneven terrain, and other hazards associated with an agricultural setting. These risks could result in injury to myself, my property, or others in my party. I assume all such risks voluntarily and agree that my participation in the farm tour and milk taste test is at my own risk. III. Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to tour the farm and participate in the milk taste test, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and representatives, hereby release and discharge Burning Bush Farms, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injury, illness, or damage to persons or property arising from or in any way connected to my participation in the farm tour or milk taste test, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained as a result of raw milk consumption, farm machinery operation, animal interaction, or any other accidents occurring on the farm premises. IV. Indemnity Agreement: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burning Bush Farms, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my actions, the actions of my guests, or any injury or damage sustained during my visit to the farm. V. Health and Safety: I certify that I do not have any medical conditions or limitations that would prevent me from safely participating in this activity. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the farm and recognize that failure to do so may result in my removal from the premises. VII. Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that I am freely and voluntarily participating in the farm tour and milk taste test. I understand and agree to the terms outlined above. By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Release of Liability.
